DROP plan victory

The Union was recently able to successfully negotiate a “cost neutral” DROP program similar to the FRS for the PHT retirement plan — a major victory as the DROP adds an important savings dimension to the PHT’s retirement plan.  The DROP for the PHT plan is effective January 1, 2020.  If you have any questions, please contact the union office or HR.
