Carlos Migoya took a cheap shot at employees today by sending out an email announcing furloughs for all employees. We believe this is an illegal action and cannot be implemented. It is merely a bargaining maneuver that he probably thinks will cause the employee unions to meet his demands for concessions. Employees should not panic!
