Our union works hard every day to enforce our contract and defend the rights of our members. The current Jackson management has kept us very busy, but our consistent successes keep us strong. Our union almost always achieves successful outcomes when we file grievances and/or arbitrations. Sometimes it takes a while for the process to play out, but in the end we win!
