Your union leadership for all three of our bargaining units is inviting you to our first bargaining reopener session, which will take place tomorrow, Tuesday, June 4, at 2:00 p.m. in DTC 259 at JMH.
Management and SEIU 1991 will return to the bargaining table to begin our 2024 – 2025 bargaining reopener. As outlined in our collective bargaining agreement, this is our negotiation for the second year’s cost of living adjustment (COLA) and staffing ratio enhancement.
We ask that all members who can join us tomorrow to show support for our leadership and bargaining team do so. Your presence is crucial as it demonstrates our unity and strength in negotiations. Light refreshments will be served at 2:00 p.m.
