| Dear SEIU 1991 Member, Thank you to the 200+ members who packed DTC 259, and to the additional 500 members who joined via Zoom! We delivered more than 1,000 letters from members and their families to management. Member leaders read powerful testimonies and painted the table purple! Despite this powerful show of unity, management moved their position slightly but still maintained that they couldn’t afford the 4% COLA. Instead, they offered a 2% COLA and a 1% bonus. We will not accept anything less than what every county employee has already won. We’re not capitulating. We will continue to fight for the 4% COLA you deserve! |
