The current financial crisis in our country coupled with an even more drastic financial crisis at Jackson Health System and in Miami-Dade County, sets the stage for very challenging negotiations this year.
As healthcare professionals we truly must survive this year as we continue to do everything possible to help management transition Jackson to a sustainable, thriving health system that we so drastically need for our patients and our community.
