In honor of Earth Day, our SEIU 1991 Climate Committee & Jackson Health System Partnership will again participate in Miami-Dade County’s annual Baynanza cleanup this Saturday, April 13.
The 42nd annual Baynanza Biscayne Bay Cleanup Day will occur on Saturday, April 13, from 9 a.m. to noon. Online registration has closed; however, if you are interested in attending the Baynanza cleanup this Saturday, April 13, you may register on-site on Saturday.
All of those who previously registered online from our SEIU 1991 Climate Committee & Jackson Health System Partnership were assigned the following location:
Oleta River State Park, 3400 NE 163rd St, North Miami, 33160.

Please be sure to bring the following if you plan on participating:
- Work gloves
- Clothing that can get wet and muddy
- Comfortable closed-toe shoes that can get wet and muddy
- Refillable water bottle and snacks
- Insect repellent
- Sunscreen
- Hat
- Trash grabber/trash picker stick (if available) [These are sold at Dollar Tree]
- A towel in case you get wet and/or muddy
