The event re-enacted the Selma to Montgomery March in Alabama and highlighted new attacks on voting rights, immigrants’ rights, workers’ rights and education.

CEO Carlos Migoya recently issued a policy prohibiting employees from participating in media interviews while on Jackson property, even when employees are off-duty. Our union attorneys responded with a letter to Migoya, asking him to retract the policy immediately, citing First Amendment Rights. To read the letter to Migoya, click here.
