There is a possibility that PL cash-out could be negotiated away or that PL cash-out will remain. Until we know for certain, when our negotiations are complete, you may want to fill out this PL cash-out form to protect your options.
If you had planned on cashing out your personal leave in December of 2012 (accrual year) make sure to submit this form to Human Resources Benefits no later than December 21, 2011 (election year).
Obviously, if cash-outs are negotiated away, your PL time will be placed back into your account. If PL cash-outs continue, you will have met the deadline of December 21st, 2011.
