SHOW UP JULY 16 TO DEMAND AN END TO THE 5%!
What: The first union impasse hearings are scheduled to occur at the County Commission meeting. What happens there sets the stage for our bargaining. The Commission will also be setting the millage rate. This is our opportunity to speak out!
We did our part during the recession and gave up a portion of every paycheck. The County promised to give it back on Jan. 1. 2014. Now the Mayor wants to keep taking our money, even while he proposes a property tax increase. Let the County Commission know we won’t stand for it! Also, be calling the Commissioners now!
