Staffing Ratios – Monitoring Compliance
Over the past year, Jackson has hired hundreds of nurses in order to prepare for this day, but we know some areas are still falling short. Now that the deadline is upon us, our union is launching a campaign to monitor nurse assignments and demand management find solutions to reach compliance, as required by our contract.

Labor Day 2015

Company 300 Contract Approved
On Sept. 1, the Miami-Dade County Commission unanimously approved the Company 300 addendum to the Local 1991 Professionals contract. Congratulations to our newest group of members!

Local 1991’s QNCD team met June 26 to comb through staffing and hiring data provided by management.
