Happy Holidays From Your President!

The holidays allow us time to reset and focus on family, community and tradition. When we refer to one another as sisters and brothers, let us be reminded that we are an extension of family.

After two long years, we were thrilled to resume SEIU 1991 tradition with the annual Holiday Party. This year we also celebrated our union’s 30-year anniversary. The party went until midnight, with DJ Rich getting our members out onto the dance floor.

A special acknowledgement to Mayor Cava, Commissioner Higgins, Commissioner Bastien, Commissioner Cabrera, Commissioner McGhee, Commissioner Gilbert, and Senator Calatayud, for coming out to support the SEIU 1991 family.

It is always a special experience to come together outside of work and we are grateful to all of our members who could join us. To each and every one of our SEIU 1991 sisters and brothers; have a happy and healthy holiday season with cheers to 2023!
